Don't know what happend but when i click on apps or on the clock its get marked like the following pictures shows
this happens when i click on the appstore one time

furthermore i'm not able to scroll to the next page or to scroll down in the settings. I didn't install anything today, i used my phone the whole day without any problems and when i picked up my phone some minutes ago i saw this.
