iPhone 4 - Executes Apps by Itself

The last few weeks my iPhone 4 has been dialing numbers while in my pocket, or starting games, etc. At first I just attributed this to "pocket dialing", however it seems to be doing this more.

Today however, the phone was sitting on my desk, unmoved for over an hour, and just started playing music all by itself. There was no-one close to it, and no operating equipment within a few feet. (The closest was my computer about 4 feet away).
In all cases the phone was in stand-by (screen off).

Any ideas what is going on with this?

I agree, very spooky. I reckon it's a ghost who loves your iPhone!
