Iphone 4 Bluetooth playing music

I have a iphone 4 and recently bought this bluetooth for iPhone 4 4s 3Gs Bluetooth Headset Handsfree Direct USB Charging Wireless BHK | eBay on ebay and was hoping it would play my music on the phone in the bluetooth but it does not. Are there any bluetooth's out there that will do this for me? I used to have a env2 back in the day and the bluetooth I had for that phone would play the music through it.
