iPhone 4 automatic time wrong = an hour behind?

On both mine and my wife's verizon iPhones, the automatic time (set to auto and double checked) are both reading 12:51am right now (est) when in fact it's 1:51am and soon to jump an hour cause of daylight savings. What gives?

Disregard. At 2:00am EST the phone jumped to 3:00am. All is well. Except I better get my butt asleep as the rug rats don't care Mommy and Daddy lost an hour last night.

Weird, both my wife's and my iphones had the same problem yesterday. Noticed that when set to "get time automatically" it was an hour behind and wrong. I simply turned off each phone then turned back on and it seems to be fine now, but i don't know what caused that?
