iPhone 3GS iOS6 - Bricked

Hi members.

I have a problem with iPhone 3GS that is updated on iOS6 and baseband 06.15.00.
So problem is, when i try to use any SIM Card, it still show me Searching or No Service. iPhone was officialy unlocked before updating to iOS6. I have RedSn0w version that recognized iOS6 firmware. I tried too many options, also try use RedSn0w to "downgrade from iPad baseband" option so i think it was a big mistake. iPhone was started but problem its that now i havent IMEI number, baseband and bluetooth number shows me 00:00:00:00:00:00 and WiFi is N/A. iPhone sometimes restarts. I think that is big problem.

Can anyone help me? Its possible to repair it? (Sorry for bad english)

I tried many options, also re run downgrade. Its warned me that if i have digits 3-4 of serial number "134" o latest i cant install iPad baseband but i have oldest. Its new bootrom 3GS iOS6 (i think iOS6 is big problem without SHSH)

Have you any idea please?
