iPhone 3GS (iOS 4.1) Jailbrek

Hello, I have iPhone 3GS (iOS 4.1) Jailbreak phone, and I have tryied lot to get updated to iOS 4.3 or later but it wont work. I have lots of problem with these application which can't work with this iOS. So I finally download Facebook v.4.0.1.ipa and installed with according to ***DELETED LINK TO PIRACY HOW-TO***. Facebook get successfully installed but whenever I loged in it suddenly show home screen. Please help me to get out of this ..
