Hi all,i have a 4s phone and yesterday i updated,

to iOS 9.0.1 (13A344) no problems, but today i have another update message for iOS9,

i 'm not to sure what to do,if i don't need it could you please expain, how i can delete it

Thanks in anticipation Baza

If the update is downloaded but not yet installed, it can be deleted by going to Settings>General>Storage & iCloud Usage>Manage Storage and scroll down the list of apps until you see the download. Swipe it to the left to reveal the delete button and tap it.

If you have the red update button on the settings icon, the only way to get rid of it is to do the update.

Hi mate thanks for your reply, just one more thing,
is there any difference between iOS9 and iOS 9.0.1 (13A344)
its the latter i have now on my phone,Cheers again Baza

BTW, build number 13A344 is for iOS 9.0. Build number 13A404 is for iOS 9.0.1.

Blimey you must be a mind reader,as i was just thinking,
whats, what, think i'm going to stick with what i've got,
13A344 is for iOS 9.0,and delete the iOS 9.0.1,or at
least try to delete the iOS 9.0.1.
Thanks to all that replied,i'd be in big do,do without your help!!!!
Cheers Baza

I knew i'd be back lol,on the software update it says,
download and install, and the Q is will it download first,
then ask to install,if so i can then delete,or will it,
download and install in one shot ????
Cheers Baza

If your iPhone is on WiFi and plugged into the charger, the update will download but not install. If it hasn't started, you can choose to download and install in one operation. At no time will an update install itself without your approval.

Ahhhhhhh, after all that other malarkey i've just been
sent,,,,iOS 9.0.2.So whats the point, its getting on my
nerves now, plus i'm now told i'm running out of Icloud space,
Help please do i need the other update, and who's using up
my Icloud storage,,,,,,Cheers Baza :(

If you backup your iPhone to iCloud, it's possible that these need the storage. Make sure there's only one backup from every iDevice you own.

In case you use iCloud Photo Library: pictures do need a lot of space. Either get more storage space in iCloud, or save them somewhere else.

Cheers JA,i've now sorted the space prob out,Thanks,
What about the new iOS 9.0.2. software update,as i've
just installed the iOS 9.0.1,
Cheers Baza

Updates are usually released on a Tuesday so it's unlikely we'll see an iOS 9.0.3 update before the 14th.
