iOS 7.0.4 has been released

looks like apple has released iOS 7.0.4, it is a small update at only 37.8MB on the iPhone 5s

The update sizes seem to vary:
My iPhone 5: update shows as 7.0.4 @ 17.0 MB
My iPad 4: update shows as 7.0.4 @ 17.1 MB

the iPad was about the same size as the iPhone... small updates it seems that apple is releasing all the time now, I hope the next one has some good upgrades

There are apparent ninja fixes that are not detailed that may affect the 5S uniquely, which may account for the extra few megabytes
