iOS 12.3 beta update

Ok so I have had beta running on my iPhone for years. So I noticed today I have an update. So I was already on beta 12.3.6. Now the update says 12.3 all together? Is 12.3 the official release for all iPhones?

Yes, it is. The last beta version was not identical to the official version. I have two devices running Public beta, and I had to update both when 12.3 was released.
