Hi, new to this forum and thought I'd let you know of some information to have arisen today, that you may or may not be aware of.
Apparently iOS 10.3 could have made some changes to peoples iCloud choices.
I've never ticked the box for email in iCloud, as I keep a record of all emails on my PC. I'd just managed to clear some 800 emails from my iPhone, but to day I noticed they were all back.
When I checked iCloud, lo and behold email had been selected without my input, allowing all the emails to be downloaded again.

I believe this is one of the errors that's been corrected by issuing
iOS 10.3.1, but it still means I've now got 800 or so emails to get rid of again :((

Welcome to iPhoneForums, Steve! Nice to see you here, and thank you for the information!
I had a similar experience with a previos update. Upload to My Photo Stream was enabled. I haven't used it since iCloud Photo Library has been released by Apple.
Checking Settings after an update is always a good idea.
