International letters in e-mail

Hello,

I am having troubles with foreign letters on my email (Croatian to be exact - č, ć, ž, đ, &#353.
They are being displayed as weird symbols - is there any way I could install some language pack that supports my symbols,
or replace them with other letters.

(č,ć with c; š with s; đ with d.)

You have to be jailbroken to do this i believe and once done there are language packs you can DL.
