Increasing Max Volume

Hey guys, I was wondering if there's a tweak out there that would let me increase the maximum volume that my iPhone 5 can get? I'm on iOS 6.1 just now. I've tried two volume boost tweaks that I found on Cydia but they didn't appear to do anything, although I didn't see anything about them being compatible with the iPhone 5 or iOS 6.1

I listen to podcasts a lot during drive to/from work and it's got to the point that I can hardly hear anything, even on full volume.

Best bet would be to get a tape adapter, auxiliary cable or sync your phone with your car stereo if it has bluetooth. Even if there was an app to boost the volume, it wouldn't sound good as it would just distort the audio.
