iCloud still storing old phone

So my iphone 5 tells me there isn't enough storage space on the cloud. When I pull up my storage it shows my husbands phone which should be on his own account now and my 4s. I remove or delete device whichever it says, but it keeps coming back!

Any input?

First, check his iCloud acct. info. in his 4S' settings... and make sure it's not assosiated still.

I know it isn't. I just set it up (he just got a replacement) and I entered his email info.

Ah ok. Beyond that I'm not 100% sure which route to take. Hopefully someone will chime in soon and get it straightened out for ya.
