iAds - disable in IOS5 - Tes or No ?

What does iAd's do for you? What does it do for anyone of us? The only difference is that you will get ads based on your location. I disabled it.

Side note: do not create multiple threads because no one replied to your original post. Give it some time.

I have a question about this - when you disable it, does it stop sending you ads altogether, or does it send random ads instead of location-based ones? It sounds stupid, but I'm wondering.

As iCrank pointed out, you get iAds for businesses and such near you with it on. With it disabled, the iAd can be for any place or business any where.

I turned it off because why have location on for ads I never look at anyway...?

How do u disable iAds?? Ever since I did the jail break, I get a flash of iAds when I change screens from time to time. Or when I exit an app back to home screen the iAds flash up. Someone please help! I'm about to Remove jailbreak as this is the only issue I can't deal with. Thank you

If you are jailbroken you can install iAdkiller from Cydia...works like a charm.
