hi friends, i dont know much about I Tunes...how can i transfer a program/ game through i tunes to my i phone i know only to music transfer and how can i backup my iphone......

1. Start up iTunes and plug in your iPhone.
2. Select your iPhone under the 'DEVICES' heading in the left hand menu.
3. Select the 'Applications' tab.
4. Tick the 'Sync Applications' box.
At this point you also choose whether to sync 'All Applications' or 'Selected Applications'.
If you choose 'Selected Applications' you must then go through the list and tick the box for each game you want transferred to your iPhone.
5. Select the 'Apply' button in the bottom right corner.
6. Select the 'Sync' button.

to backup your iPhone:

1. Plug your iPhone into your computer
2. Launch iTunes
3. Select your iPhone in the ‘DEVICES’ list
4. Right-Click on your iPhone
5. Select “Back Up”
6. Wait for iPhone backup to complete
