I need to move some musics from iPad to iPhone

I have installed iTunes but dont know what to do next step, is it need some additional equipment? I'm unfamiliar with iTunes so can you write down that would explain my options, configurations?

The music you have on your iPad.... is it music that has come from your computer to your iPad via iTunes? Or, music you've purchased via the iTunes app on your iPad?
