I need immediate help please

I've installed the RocketSauce Animated Native Weather as an ad on and my phone went to safe mode and couldn't get it back to normal mode. I've tried swiping the safe mode, uninstalled both the RocketSauce and the ad on and still won't go to normal mode. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys.

You'll have to also look for any dependencies that might've been installed along with it. If you can't clean it up in safe mode, you'll want to consider removing all tweaks and settings so that you won't have to restore and rejailbreak again.
