It's been 4 days now and I have given up on the bumper. I went back to my low profile case. I just couldn't stand the plastic feel and the dirt accumulation.

Do not choose a metal case, it will impact your phone signal, you could try a TPU or plastic one for your iPhone, it protected my iPhone from drops and goes well with calling.
