How to sync iCal and a web published availability calendar

I need to sync my phone calendar and I would like a web based availability calendar to show the changes . Ideally the web cal would just show red green yellow based on whether I am booked not booked or tentatively booked. Any suggestions?

You can setup your gmail calendar to your iPhone and then add events to the calendar on your iPhone and view it on your gmail on internet.
