How to refresh in safari without having to go to the top of the page ???

Only way I know is to go to the refresh button at the "Top of the page" I don't think there is any other way on a non JB device.

But I'm not JB so I wouldn't know. I was simply saying that if you are maybe someone who is JB can help.

Download the Mercury browser from the App Store if you really need to be able to reload without having to scroll back to the top.

Under their settings you can define gestures. Then you pick which gesture you want to assign reload to.
