How to make my iPhone 4G ring

Hi,
I just bought my new iPhone - the first mobile phone I've ever had.
I feel stupid but it doesn't ring.
It vibrates and buzzes but how do I get the ring tone "Blues"?

it sounds like the mute button is set to off its on the left side of your phone above the volume buttons,just slide it forward.
