Hi everyone so i'm still runnin ios5.1.1 (jailbroken) of course but i want to upgrade to ios6.x, however not to the latest(6.1.3) because that hasn't been jailbroken yet. I'm wondering, do you know how to upgrade to a specific version of the ios (for example 6.1.2, since there is already a jailbreak for that)? I'm running an iPhone 4s. I'd like to do this because it seems like the next jailbreak will be for ios7, not anytime soon.

when it says re-restore selectively does that mean upgrading to a specific ios? just want to make sure i'm understanding it correctly

If you want to keep your jailbreak, you'll have to stay on iOS 5.1.1. The only version of iOS 6 that you can upgrade to is iOS 6.1.3. Once you are on that iOS, you can't downgrade to an earlier version of iOS 6.

There's even a list of definitions on the very top

Re-restore: The process of restoring your iOS firmware back to the same/identical firmware. i.e. Restore from iOS 6.0.1 to iOS 6.0.1
