Impossible to delete the standard camera app..cannot delete any of the standard apps..are you jailbroken

Oh the fun you can have with iFile and SSH on an iPhone. And you can pretty much guarantee the OP is jailbroken.

Probably need to restore your jailbroken iPhone. Had a similar problem with my iPad after I jailbroken it...lost a few important icons like iTunes and the App Store.
