How to create more than one alert to a single event on calendar?

Hello,
I have iPhone 4 iOS 5.0.1 and I would like to create more than one alert to a single event on my calendar. For example, I have a meeting at 13:00, and I would like to have 2 alerts: 24 hours before, and 15 minutes before. Is it possible? If yes, how can I do it exactly?

My calendar gives me an option for 1st and 2nd alerts.

That wasn't a very helpful answer... but I eventually I found the solution: I should use the gmail and not the exchange account since exchange allows only one alert.
