How to add a pause when dialing

Hi all

A newbe here looking for some help here..If I want to add a number like

519-973-3345 ext 2148

How can I do this? there has to be a 4 second pause after 519-973-3345, then 2148

Bottom left on the keypad is a button +*# press it and the 0 key turns into a pause key. You can then add as many as you need.
