How long did you have to que to get your 4s?

Apparently only Vodafone had the pre-order facility. I went to town first thing Friday morning wondering how long i would have to wait..... the que was huge. But it wasnt for Vodafone o2 is a few units away, there were around 30 people waiting for that to open and i was 2nd in line for Voda result!
ive seen websites showing the ques in London (as well as other parts of the world) but what about you? Anyone else lucky to beat the ques or did you have an hours wait?
