There's something you have to change in your settings.
Click on the User CP link above and have a look through the options there.
Can't remember exactly which option though.

Yes it's in the user CP. You will havetoo unsubscribe from all the ones you already have. If the checkbox is ticked then it will subscribe you to every one you post on......

I have the same problem. I currently have no subs on any threads but as soon as I reply or post in a thread - I get an e-mail notification.
Cant find the option to turn this off either :/.
Any help?
UPDATE:
Found it! Its under User CP -> Settings and options -> Edit Options -> Default Thread Subscription Mode : and then set this to "Do not subscribe" or any other setting you like.

just do it in the settings un subscribe from them all and subscribe to the ones you want.. i find it handy getting those emails it means i can keep up with all replies easily
