How do i restore pictures and vids from icloud

Recently got replacement phone which got set up in shop, when home I plugged into iTunes but nothing came up about restoring from iCloud ?

Can some one give me a step by step guide please ?

Does anyone know how to restore from iCloud without wiping everything from your phone first?
