How do I listen to a voice memo ?

I have recorded some meetings with the voice memo app which comes with my iPhone 4. I can transfer them to my PC and listen to them there, but how do I listen to them on the phone itself ?

Press the silver button with the three black lines on it on the right of the screen. This will bring up a list of your recordings...
