How do I download photos sent to me on iPhone 5?

When I am sent photos in an email, how do I download them to the phone - like into the camera area where all of my other photos are located?

If you long press onto the picture it will give you the option to "save image."

Also, some emails allow you to download and save all images at one time.

Hold your finger on the picture for a few seconds. A pop up window will come up and you will have a choice to save one or all your pics in the email as well as options to post to Facebook etc.
