How can i download all Sources on cydia

Is there a way that I can download more sources from cydia

The only sources that are supported are the default ones, verified 3rd party ones hosted and maintained by trusted individuals, and the ones that you can get from Cydia's main page.

Do I have to remove my other sources

Open up Cydia, go to Manage on the bottom, tap on Sources, then either tap Edit on the corner and delete them, or swipe from right to left on the source you want to delete, and delete it.
