How can i delete synced videos?

Plugged my phone into iTunes & it started syncing to the last time it synced which was years ago on my iphone 4, now my phone memory & icloud memory is full because of these old videos.
Is there any way to delete them from my phone without connecting to itunes again?

You're going to have to hook it back up to iTunes and "uncheck" them. Make sure all the photos you DO want on the phone are checked. iTunes will then resync and take the unchecked stuff off and put the checked back on.

If you are worried about syncing other stuff you don't want synced, go into preferences and under the devices, make sure it's checked to not sync automatically. This way in the future you will have to tell it to sync.

Hold your finger on the video icon until they start to wiggle. Then click the x in in the upper left corner of what you want removed from your iphone. Then do what xrayeyes told you do.
