How to sync Contacts with Mac

I have my Contacts on my MacBook which was synced with my old Nokia phone which I do not now use

I want to sync these Contacts to my new iPhone 5

My question is how do I sync the first time and how do I make the iPhone the dominant party so only changes on iPhone will be updated in future?
