How can I add my own picture to my contacts page?

How can I add my own picture to my contacts page? I've attached a picture to the post showing what I mean.

Welcome to iPhone Forums!

In the Contacts app, tap your own contact, then select Edit:

Below your profile picture, or in your case below the place for your picture, tap Edit once more:

Then select one of these:

Choose Photo will take you to your photo albums, where you select an image. Take Photo will open the Camera app, and you can take a picture and add it as profile picture.

Thank you, J. A.. I tried what you said, but it didn't work. When I press the green phone button, the picture still not showing.
