Hotspot w/2 Connections

I don't know how this is happening, no other smartphone in the house, my iPod is right here and not linked.

I've changed the password 3 times in the last hour and it appears someone is feeding off my dime(hotspot).

Any idea how to stop this without turning off my hotspot? Or how to find out who or what device it is?
