Hi I just bought a second hand iPhone 4 and I can't get into the app store as it needs a password? Apple ID password or something like that? Can anyone tell me what to do or how do I make my own ID and password?

Is it asking for a password @ the Lock Screen... or are you needing an Apple ID to setup the phone?

Just go to Settings, iTunes & App Stores and tap on the present ID and click Sign Out. Then you have the option to create your own if you do not have one already. This is if you're on iOS 6. The apple ID section is in settings as well in any other iOS though. Just have to do a little looking around.
