When I switched from a regular iPhone to the iPhone I right then and there decided I hated the fact that I do not see a visual keyboard. I could not figure out how to delete contacts and to choose a contact and having the option to ring up that contact or not. Whenever I chose the contact the number was automatically dialed. I must have been in the favourites mode and not know it.

Needless to write iPhone is now boss.
