Hey folks. I'm an iPhone person. This is my fourth phone. But it seems to be having more issues than the other 3. It's not mine, which is fine. But my wife's phone is going nuts. First the battery. Now it's not connecting to the server to pick up her e-mails. While mine is humming along, sitting right next to hers going the same place on the same network. She thinks it's tech curse. I have to cure her phone or I'll never her the end of this! I'm now Genius in a Blue shirt. I can fix my own stuff with help, but it's hard to be a someone tech. Especially when tehproblems make no sense. Thank you for listening.

Have you tried the several methods of resets? The "hard reset" solves many problems (Google for the procedure), then there's the network reset. And of course, if the phone is in warranty, take to the nearest Apple dealer for a fix. Or just keep writing here with specific questions. Good luck!
