this happened to me. i can't activate it and it just keeps searching. what am i gonna do? anyone? pls HELP...

Do you have a SIM card in the holder?

If you don't have a cellular connection yet, make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi, or connect your iPhone to iTunes to activate it.
