Help with the Volume

Hi everyone! I am a new iPhone4 user and still learning alot. I do have one question. I am finding that when I am talking to someone on my cell I can hardly hear them. I have the volume increased to the highest level, but still not great! Any suggestions?? Thanks so much! Sue in Georgia

You need to increase your volume while in your call... If you are pressing your volume while not on a call only your ringer gets loud. So next time you gave a call trying increasing your volume then, should fix your problem. If not I would have it checked out....
