Help with sylog in Crash Reporter.

My i5 crashes at times. Mostly random & something I can't reproduce. Sometimes it goes into Safe Mode without me even noticing. No apple logo, resetting, or anything. Just "Exit Safe Mode" in status bar. I have removed all tweaks and then installed them one at a time, but it just happens so randomly that I can't pinpoint it.
I have crash reporter with the sylog tweak installed which makes it easier to read, but I can't really make anything of it. Could someone take a look at it for me and tell me if they see anything specific or out-of-place? This is the sylog part.

There is a boatload of Springboard-related issues like UIKit and such. Possibly a bad package that you've installed that modified it but couldn't be removed completely. If possible, do a re-restore using SemiRestore to completely wipe your device from head to toe, then re-install your tweaks and apps minus the one(s) that were installed around the time that the issue has occurred.

I used iLEX Rat and wiped out all the Tweaks and things. I'm thinking it maybe Velox. I only installed a few things again, and one at a time giving each awhile before installing the next.

Everything was fine until I got a minor crash or two about a day after installing Velox. Everything I got is paid for. So why do things I really need, like Velox (I only use it for the easily accessible Settings Toggles & the Cydia window for new tweaks and updates), seem to wanna always give me trouble? The last update was awhile ago and you'd think they'd fix something like that by now.
