There is nothing you can do if the issue persist. Do the following to see if it helps or not:
Soft reset the phone (home and power buttons both press down until you see the apple white logo, then you release both buttons)
restart your computer, and connect your iphone to your computer. If itunes doesn't recognize it, then think about reinstalling itunes with the latest available one. If it's still not good, uninstall and re-install "bonjour" software.
if all fail then perform a restore.
