Hello! I have a problem with my i-phone 4. When I am composing an e-mail in Greek the receivers cannot read it. They get it with weird fonts...

I have tried everything and cannot see what I should do so as to resolve that error....

Any suggestions are highly appreciated!

Geia sou stefanos! :)

the problem is likely on the users side if they cannot read it, do you know from where they read your Greek emails?

Geia xara!

Well the i phone is configured with an Exchange Account and when sending e-mails in Greek receivers (no matter of what broswer / outlook app) they use they do not read greek e-mails.... i tried another iphone and it worked well. to the same received... do not know if there is any way to change outgoing font settings (may be encoding) on an i phone... i am stacked !

Basically their computers do not have Greek support so depending on what os they are on they will need to add the Greek language to the computer and they will see that it will then recognize the characters and this is why another iphone will recognize them but not their computers.

Hi,

Well I have received an e-mail from that IPhone and although I normally read all e-mails in Greek, I received it as:

?? ?????????????????? ???????? ?????????????? ??????.
?????????????????? ???? ????????????????;

???????? ????????????????,?? ?????????????????? ???????? ?????????????? ??????.
?????????????????? ???? ????????????????;

???????? ????????????????,

I have tried all known encoding on my end but nothing...

any ideas?
