I have iphone 5s which i gave to my son when i moved to i6! I now have i7plus! I erased everything on the i6 coz i have passed it on. The new owner backup his old phone via itune and into computer, he now wants to restorei6 from his backup and realised that he doesnt remember passcode. How can you help???

Is it the iTunes encrypted backup password?
If so, there's nothing we or he can do.

If he had backed up the old phone to iCloud, he could use that backup on the iPhone 6.
