help my to fix my iPhone from Recovery Mode

Dears,

i'm using iphone 4 with firmware 4.3.3 and its jailbreak and when i'm trying to recover it with same firmware 4.3.3 i get this message on iTunes

after that i'll try to recover it by ios 5 but its not working and now my iphone stock on this screen

Please help me to fix my iphone.....
