Help jailbreaking iOS 5

I guys I want to jailbreak my phone. I'm using a how to on the redsn0w website and at one step it askin me to select ipsw and point it to a file and I'm not exactly sure where to find it.

iPhone 4 running 5.0 and later want to semi tether

If you downloaded ios5 on your iTunes done worry about that step you can skip that and just click jailbreak.

Let's be clear. redsn0w does not have a website with tutorials. I strongly advise you not to use the site you are using. It is utterly unreliable. It also sounds like you are using the wrong (old) version of redsn0w and following an old guide.
