Hello to all , I NEED help

Hello to all.
Please help me because I dont know what to do anymore.
I own pro max 16 , and when i start search on amazon , i can put what exasct search , when I get results some images are with horizontal lines and some are ok.
I dont know what is causing this.
When I try same search from my wifes pro max 15 issue is gone.
How to solve this?
Tryed to erase all , same thing , tryed reset all settings , same thing.
Is maybe my phone defective,???
I can put ishare clud link in here if tou want to see since its showing up only whike scrolling , not on static images

Does it do the same thing on other sites too such as Ebay?
If so I suggest you give Apple tech support a ring as your iPhone 16 Pro Max is still eligible for complimentary phone support.
I'm sure they will be able to resolve your issue.

No , on if i go on safari , that is more than funny part , and in amazon but true safari , everything is ok.
If i go on amazon true amazon app on pro max 16 there are horizontal lines , and on wifes 15 pro max , everything is fine

You can just phone Apple and ask for technical help, they will connect you with someone who can help with your issue.
This is a free service provided by Apple, it's all you need.

You could try deleting the Amazon App and re-installing it.

In my country there is no apple store.
But , i seem to find a solution.
If i turn on zoomed screen issue is gone....

Its a last gift my late father bouthed me , then he died....
