Headphone Extension

I need a headphone extension cable that will fit thru my Otterbox Commuter case. I do have a cable but the shank is to fat to seat the cable. Anyone have a brand that makes this? Took my IPhone 4 with me to Alaska and thought I could use the headphones from my old IPod. Wound up having to buy another set that fit the case. Need this cable for the car audio. BTW, it's an IPone 4.

I found a straight auxiliary cord at Radioshack that fits the case and the aux plugin in my car perfect. I'm guessing this is what you are talking about.

Check Radioshack or Best Buy before they go out of business...or check Ebay.
