It has specific location alerts for your area, so no more county wide alerts for severe weather. This app actually alerts you whenever severe weather is impacting your immediate area. You can save up to five locations this way and it actually has a current location feature for whenever your out and about.
This app also has a 7-day forecast, humidity, UV index, chance of precipitation, animated radar, all that handy information you want in a weather app.
