Forwarding Landline TO iPhone

Is there a way to forward a landline TO my iPhone and KNOW that the incoming call is the one being forwarded?

I have 2 (business) lines + my cell number that come INTO my iPhone and I NEED to be able determine which line it is to answer it properly.

Way before iPhone I had a Blackberry and when the incoming call that was being forwarded..it said "Forwarded from xxx-xxx-xxxx". Can iPhone do this, is there a work-around to be able to do this??

Thank you for your help in advance. I sure hope someone knows the answer, it would save me a lot of questions when I answer my phone!

Wouldn't that be a process you would do through your landline carrier? I have to pay extra for that option but have never used it
